Anna is a licensed clinical social worker with a specialization in trauma and case conceptualization. She also holds an MFA in creative writing from Sierra Nevada University. She has a passion for storytelling and invites all genres of fiction, but especially finds herself drawn to literary, fantasy, and historical, or any combination of the three. She also enjoys a good YA and is a sucker for historical romance or the supernatural. Due to her history as a therapist, Anna is very skilled at character development, and aids writers in creating realistic and multi-dimensional characters and worlds. Anna is also a skilled equestrian and started her career in equine therapy and as a horse trainer. She always welcomes horses (or other animals)! Anna's primary goal when editing others' work is to remain compassionate to the author's vision and voice. If you don't have a manuscript ready for editing, Anna also offers mentorships.
